Challenge Groups

What is the difference between the challenge group and the free group? 
In the free group you get all the benefits of both one-on-one attention/advice and the camaraderie of a group. You get to share recipes, workout tips and receive feedback. You get to do all of this in a challenge group except members in a challenge group are all doing Beachbody workouts.

To join a challenge group every member purchases a "challenge pack". A challenge pack includes a workout and a 30 day supply of Shakeology. You can read all about Shakeology here. Some challenge groups require all members to purchase the same workout, others allow members to choose their own workout. Challenge groups will run the duration of the workout program selected (30, 60, 90 days etc.) and often have prizes for the most participation, best results etc.
Other benefits of the Beachbody challenge? 
Beyond your coach's challenge group, Beachbody runs their own challenge called the Beachbody challenge. Only customers who purchase a challenge pack are eligible to enter. Simply purchase your challenge pack, complete the program and submit your results (with transformation photos) to Beachbody to be entered and you could win up to a $100,000!
